The Death of a Gambler!

Hope is the death of the gambler.

Typically, as a gambler, you’re either going back empty or cashing out big time. There’s always that pull to keep going – that your big break is just around the corner.

Hope when taken out of proportion becomes deadly.

Hope is not blind belief. One of the hardest things to do is to quit something you absolutely know you should but feel too invested to. Staying in and hoping it gets better isn’t what Hope is about.

Use Hope in proportion. Don’t let a good thing be the death of you. Don’t gamble your life and decisions away.

Does your hope match your effort? And is that effort what you need to put in at that moment or just what you want?

Hope isn’t gambling. It’s the death of a gambler.
